We wish to inform that on 10.10 we have opened our branch in Gdynia in order to better satisfy the needs of our investors who value the highest level of customer service. The AM WINTER company combines the competence of specialists from the Amwin company – a designer and general developer of storage hall and office buildings, with the SUMMER & WINTER company which deals in managing properties for short-term lease in Sopot and Gdańsk. It is 25 years of experience in designing and building halls and multi-storey structures which provide Investors even more benefits, supported by experience in managing designers and physical workers, as well as staff responsible for organizing the entire investment process.

The company’s Managing Director is Mr. Maciej Winter, who has gained his experience as a Management Member, co-owner of the Amwin company and the SUMMER & WINTER brand, responsible for managing the sales, marketing, customer service, design and development processes. As a result of this, he has carried out 76 investments in halls, office complexes and apartments in the ‘design & build’ model.
